COOKING GUIDE

STEAK
 
Grilling - the best results with our steaks are when they are grilled. These steaks are most tender when you cook them on one side for 2-3 minutes and then flip them and cook for 2-3 minutes on the other side, therefore locking in the juice, flavor, and tenderness of your steaks. Then continue to cook to preferred doneness.
 
CHICKEN
 
Baking - (Frozen) 20 min. at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and (Thawed) 15 min.

Broiling - (Frozen) 4 1/2 min. each side and (Thawed) 3 1/2 min. each side.

Deep Fat Fryer - Fry frozen tenders approximately 5 min. at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Conventional Oven - Bake frozen tenderloins on a baking sheet at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 min., turning after 13 min.
